ผู้ป่วยหญิง อายุ 27 ปีCC: น้ำเดิน 4 hr PTA
PI: G2P1 GA 36 wks
4 hr PTA มีน้ำใส ๆ ไหลออกทางช่องคลอดเหมือนกลั้นปัสสาวะไม่อยู่ ลักษณะใส ไม่มีมูกเลือดปน ไม่มีกลิ่นเหม็น
ผู้ป่วยไม่มีไข้ ไม่ปวดท้อง
PH:- No food and drug allergy
-ท้องก่อนไม่เคยมีอาการเช่นนี้
-ปฏิเสธประวัติคลอดก่อนกำหนด
-ฝากครรภ์สม่ำเสมอ ไม่เคยมีอาการผิดปกติใดๆขณะฝากครรภ์PE: GA- A Thai woman good consciousness, look fine, well cooperateV/S-BT 37 , BP 120/80 , RR 20 PR 90
HEENT- No icteric sclera, not pale conjunctivaHeart- Normal S1 S2 , No murmurLung- Clear both lung, no wheezingAbdomen- FH ¾ > umbilicus , OL , HF , FHS 120/min Ext.- no pitting edema
PV- dilatation : 1 cm
- effacement : 50 %
- membrane : rupture
- station : -1
Dx : Premature rupture of membrane (PROM)
