Case : ชายไทยคู่อายุ 57 ปี
Chieft complaint : ต้องการตรวจหามะเร็งลำไส้
Present illness : ผู้ป่วยมีความกังวลกลัวจะเป็นมะเร็งลำไส้ เนื่องจากบิดาเพิ่งเสียชีวิตด้วยโรคมะเร็งลำไส้เมื่อ 2 เดือนก่อน จึงมาพบแพทย์เพื่อตรวจหามะเร็งลำไส้
Past history : U/D hypertension 5ปี รับประทานยาสม่ำเสมอ
ปฏิเสธการแพ้ยา แพ้อาหาร
บิดาเสียชีวิตด้วยโรคมะเร็งลำไส้
Physical examination : -vital sign : BT 37.5 c HR 82/min RR 18/min BP 140/95 mmHg
-general appearance : a Thai old man, good conciousness, thin.
-cadiovascular system : normal s1 s2, no murmur
-respiratory system : chest normal shape and movement, both lung clear.
-abdomen : soft, not tender, no distention, active bowel sound.
-PR : normal
clinical question : PICO
P : healthy patient 50 years and older with family history of colorectal cancer
I : screening by fecal occult blood test(FOBT)
C : screening by colonoscope
O : sensitivity of detecting colorectal cancer
