PP.หญิงไทยคู่อายุ 62 ปี อาชีพ แม่บ้าน ภูมิลำเนา อ.หาดใหญ่ จ.สงขลา
CC. ปวดข้อเข้าขวามา 6 เดือนก่อนมา รพ.
PI. ปวดข้อเข่าขวามา 6เดือน มีอาการปวดหลังจากการนั่งหรือเดินนาน แต่ถ้าได้พักอาการปวดเข่าก็จะลดลง ไม่มีไข้ ไม่มีอาการเจ็บร้าวไปไหน
PH. มีโรคประจำตัวเป็นความดันโลหิตสูงมา 3ปี ทานยาสม่ำเสมอ
ปฏิเสธการเข้ารับการผ่าตัดใดๆ
ปฏิเสธประวัติแพยาแพ้อาหารใดๆ
PE. v/s : Temp 37.1 C pulse 70/min RR 20/min BP 130/85mmHg
GA : good conciousnessHEENT : not pale, no jaundiceHeart&Lungs: normalAbd : soft not tender Ext : Rt. Knee : bony enlargement, no warmness, hypotrophy of quadriceps muscle, tenderness, no effusion, crepitus on movement, decrease flexion
แพทย์ได้ให้การวินิจฉัยว่าเป็น Osteoarthritis
Treatment Paracetamol (500 mg) 2tab po prn q 4-6 hr.
Ibuprofen (400 mg) 1 tab po tid pc
Omeprazole (20 mg) 1 tab po ac
Diclofenac gel apply to the affect area for pain 3-4 time/day
Vitamin C
