มาด้วย labor pain ยังไม่มีน้ำเดิน ไม่มีไข้
PH : - ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว
- ไม่มีประวัติแพ้ยา/แพ้อาหาร
ANC : ที่ รพ.หาดใหญ่,ความดันปกติดีตลอดการตั้งครรภ์,นำหนักขึ้นปกติ,ไม่มีปัญหาระหว่างฝากครรภ์ ได้รับวัคซีนTTครบ2 เข็ม
PV : - cervix dilate 2 cm
- effacement 60%
- station -2
- membrane intact
- presentation vertex
patient: pregnancy with preterm
intervention: bricanyl
comparison:nifedipine
outcome: prolongation time of pregnancy

Terbutaline and nifedipine appear to be equally effective in their tocolytic action. However, nifedipine did have the advantage of ease of administration. It also had significantly less effect on the fetal heart rate.
